New Species of Toxic Toad Found in Jungle

by | 17th November 2023

Yesterday, a team of bemused scientists unveiled the latest addition to Australia's jungle menagerie: the "Bufo faragis," colloquially christened the Yellow Toothed Toad. This interloper, with its unsavoury dental palette, has been officially labelled both a biohazard and an unwelcome gatecrasher in the ecosystem.

Scientists at the Australian Environmental Department were startled to discover a menacing alien toad species lurking in the jungle.

B.O

This toad features a grotesque, amphibioid look complete with yellow-stained teeth and emits a foul odour likened to a blend of stale cigarette smoke ,B.O., and alcohol, all underpinned by the stench of hate.

Different Colour

The creature’s toxic and venomous bile, is reportedly unleashed around toads, frogs, and newts of a different colour or origin, or those floating across the pond on lily pads.

“I’ve seen some sights, but this creature is uniquely repulsive – and not just in looks,” said Zoologist Kirsty Bumwhack to the Druid’s Loom. “We have observed the toad engaging in some particularly deplorable behaviour, from taunting nearby fauna to pilfering food from locals and then shamelessly pinning the blame on the smallest and most defenseless creatures”, she explained.

“It just seems to be a despicable opportunist that hate everyone and everything, stoking division and malcontent wherever it goes”, Dr Bumwhack continued. “Plus it stinks,” she added, grimacing.

Utterly Repulsive

Other animals also seem to find the creature utterly repulsive

“It’s invaded our pond, hogged a whole section, and now it’s demanding respect it doesn’t deserve,” grumbled Common Toad Brian Blurp. “How I long for it to f**k off from whence it came.”
